Terms and Conditions I.M. Gabriel Vakhtangishvili (hereinafter referred to as "Lumos") and the Customer/Client/User are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party." The Parties, confirming their legal capacity and legal competence to assume obligations, agree to the following:
- "Lumos" is a company that offers various types of products (furniture, lighting, swimming pools, accessories) to customers through its website (lumosmaxima.ge) and physical showrooms.
Placing an Order and Payment
- Customers may purchase items via the website or at a branch using a bank card, bank transfer, online installment plan, or a "pay-in-parts" service.
- For deliveries within Tbilisi, it is possible—subject to an agreement with "Lumos"—to pay only a portion of the item's cost in advance, with the remaining balance settled in cash upon delivery to the courier. Deliveries to other regions are carried out only upon full prepayment.
- To purchase an item via an installment plan, "Lumos" submits the customer's details to the bank. If the installment plan is approved, the customer may be subject to an internal bank commission. The customer is required to sign the installment agreement within a reasonable timeframe. In the event that this timeframe is exceeded, the Company reserves the right to decline delivery of the item.
Lumos’s Obligations and Order Delivery
- Lumos is obligated to ensure the timely processing of the client’s order. The delivery timeframe for the item to the client is: 1 to 5 business days in Tbilisi, and in the regions: 5 to 10 business days.
- The service is considered complete upon the handover of the item to the client (at the building entrance/gate or at a branch location).
- If it is impossible to deliver the item to the client, the order will be cancelled, and the amount paid by the client will be refunded, or the bank installment plan will be cancelled.
Receipt of Order, Inspection, and Warranty
- The customer is obligated to thoroughly review the manufacturer’s instructions for the item before using it. The customer bears full responsibility for installation and assembly (the Company does not perform assembly).
- In the event that an order is damaged during transportation (provided the delivery is carried out by a "Lumos" courier), the company will cover the costs of replacing or repairing the item.
- Exclusion of liability in cases of self-pickup: If a customer collects the products personally from a branch or warehouse, or utilizes a third party (such as a taxi or a private courier), "Lumos" shall be entirely absolved of any liability for damage to the item from the moment of handover, and the item’s warranty shall be rendered void.
- Complete (100%) Voiding of Warranty: The warranty for any item (furniture, chandeliers, wall lamps, rails, pools, pumps, filters, ceramic/wooden/MDF/marble tables, consoles, TV consoles, chairs, mirrors, artificial plants, and outdoor furniture) shall be rendered completely void if the damage is caused by improper installation/assembly, electrical system malfunctions, misuse, mechanical impact, exposure to moisture, placement of hot objects, or failure to follow care instructions—a detailed list of which can be found on the "Warranty Terms" and "Sales Policy" pages of the website.
Personal Data and Privacy
- The website lumosmaxima.ge stores your personal data (first name, last name, phone number, and address) within its database or collects it during direct telephone communication with the customer. This data is stored on a secure server. Such information is not shared with any third parties, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of Georgia.
- By entering their data for the purpose of obtaining an installment plan, the user consents to having this information—at their own request—forwarded to a financial institution (bank) of their choosing, for the purpose of reviewing the installment application.
- These terms are confidential in nature. "Lumos" reserves the right to use the provided information (excluding personally identifiable information) for statistical purposes. In the event of any significant changes to these terms and conditions, "Lumos" is obligated to notify the user.
Card Data
- When purchasing products via card, lumosmaxima.ge does not store your card data. Instead, it redirects you to a dedicated page (Flitt) that utilizes a secure server and a modern payment module.
Other Information (Cookies & Analytics)
- To ensure the optimal functioning of lumosmaxima.ge, provide a better user experience, and support marketing campaigns, the following are integrated into the website:

Force Majeure

Additional Information Regarding Product Origin: Products that do not explicitly specify a European or other specific brand name in their description are manufactured in the People's Republic of China and imported; these products undergo appropriate quality control.
The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise through mutual negotiation. In the event that a consensus cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.
The invalidity of any article or clause within these established consumer terms and conditions shall not render the entire document invalid.
